You may need to return a product? It's extremely unlikely. But on some occasions, an item may arrive broken or damaged. There may be a need to return one of our products. We want our customers to be completely satisfied. Unfortunately, we have no control over how carriers handle your packages once they leave our facility. We take great measures to ensure that your order does arrive in one piece. However, there are occasions where an order arrives broken or damaged. Simply send a photograph to customerservice@msgroomingco.com and let us know. We will work with you to send a replacement or refund.

About Us

Before we opened we made upwards of 150 variations of balms and butters each and about 50 oils before we settled on our recipe.

In our efforts to continually improve, since we opened, we have changed our oil recipe and tweaked both the butter and the balm.

To say something is the best in this industry is very subjective. We believe our products are among the best you can get anywhere. We are with you before the purchase to answer any questions and with you after the purchase to resolve any concerns.

Plain and simple, we back our products. Our products are made in a dedicated facility, not in a basement or kitchen. We source our ingredients from reputable suppliers with dedicated customer service and have established a personal relationship with many.
